The KEXPy Awards
Motion Design | Client: KEXP
For many of us, 2020 felt like a trash fire. For others, it was a shitshow. KEXP brought listeners together to celebrate the music that helped get us through it with The KEXPy Awards, its first-ever live virtual awards show.
For the show, I created an illustrated look that was simultaneously chaotic and fun— a tongue-in-cheek reflection of our collective state of mind, and a reminder that, through it all, we could keep a sense of humor.
