To celebrate National Running Day, I created these illustrations based on the concept of rituals to ring in the holiday. They were posted across Brooks’ social channels, where we invited Brooks’ community members to share their own running rituals.
To rally behind Brooks brand ambassador Desi Linden, we sourced virtual cheers through the hashtag #RunDesiRun. The overwhelming outpour of social support was transformed into an original illustration that was presented to Desi prior to the Marathon.
Brooks brought the Run Happy spirit to SXSW through The Run Happy Tour, a DJ-led morning run. Blasting beats from a pedicab, a live DJ provided the soundtrack as runners made their way through the streets of Austin. Final deliverables included digital content used across Brooks’ social channels, as well graphics for the pedicab and shirts given to participants at the event.
